Amazing how the makeup artists use such less products to create such powerful looks! I never understand how so many youtubers pile on soooo much makeup!
She literally made pencil thin lines to get the effect, lovely !

Do you also notice that real makeup artists always uses moisturizers before applying makeup? Instagram makeup girls always first slap their face with 3 layers of foundation and concealers.

Charlotte would have been such a seductress fox in the her younger days, in the late 70s?Can envision her strutting in thigh high boots through London with her flaming red hair. So iconically and timelessly gorgeous

Artliker1234 I must add, although you may visualize her as young in the late 70’s, I do believe I have read somewhere she is actually in her early 40s now, which would have made her only a child in the 70’s lol ? But I get your comment, feels like she would have fit so well in that era ?

her undereyes have been blurred. i could tell at 4:48 when she applies the powder with the brush on the under-eyes and the brush head goes blurry. That’s so misleading. You can even tell at 12:06 when her left eyelashes disappear when she closes her eyes because of the blurry blob covering the under-eyes.

This is so horrible. This type of misdirection is the reason women all around the world have such deep insecurities about themselves. Also, major insult to the model, who’s already gorgeous without the blurring

Seriously, this comment made my night. Throughout this video I was thinking how imperfect I am until I read this comment. Thank you for making me realize how stupid and ungrateful one can be for overthinking and self criticizing.

I’m a massive fan of charlotte tilbury but slightly disappointed after watching this video because if you look on 12minutes 6 seconds the models eyelashes on the left eye disappears because of the airbrush under the eye!! Why do they feel the need to airbrush this models already perfect skin, what chance do we have!

But its not within regulations, you still have a null point. So lets strictly talk about how it makes her product look better than it actually is. Editing is fine for lets say a model, since it makes the person look unrealistically better.. But when the model was clearly unfiltered (for the most part) up until the the product applied this is false advertisement.. So unless you have a valid reason to slate anyone for pointing it out I’d like to hear it because I have plenty. 🙂

I would also like to point out that on Charlotte Tilbury’s website, her product reviews are policed. I left an honest review magic foundation and wonderglow (birthday treat) and that I was very underwhelmed for their price tag. Of course, my reviews aren’t online. Only positive ones are.
This is the kind of dishonesty Charlotte is using to keep her deep pockets full, the same dishonesty as using a beauty filter.

it is so easy for the makeup to look amazing on a model who is naturally gorgeous with perfect skin. i’d love to see these products used on someone with acne or hyperpigmentation or other skin problems, as there are many girls out there (including me having bad acne) who feel marginalised and get upset looking at these videos, feeling that you can only use this makeup or look this beautiful if you’re already a gorgeous and flawless model.
