The make up artist has done a great job. She is one of those rarest makeup artists who knows how to put make up for dark skin. For those who are worried about husband and his feelings and his potential capacity to accept his wife without make up – please understand the following.
1) Women don’t put make up for husband or other men- neither on her marriage day, nor on any other day before or after. You will see a 4 year old girl crying for makeup and dresses and ornaments. Do you think, the 4 year old wants to attract men?? Have you seen 60 year old women coming to attend marriages – all decked up in ornaments, make up and the best saree or best appearance that they can have? Have you ever thought ‘why’? Women, as a species, want to look good. Especially on a wedding day, everybody looks at the bride and she would definitely want to look good on that occasion.
2) To those who commented about “husband can handle no makeup look”: Husband will definitely have the capacity to accept the normal skin, not only on her face, but on her other parts (where nobody puts any make up) as well ! No need to mention this ? as this is basic common sense!
3) Women don’t have any interest in cheating boys when wearing make up. They just want to look good. Infact, women dress up to compete with other women ; to show off to other women! If boys don’t like make up, they don’t have to look at women!
4) Make up is not forced. It is a personal choice! Whether you want to wear it light, heavy or not wear at all – should be the decision of the owner of the face. Nobody has a right to give opinions about, whether she should be bare, light or heavy on her face, especially on her wedding day!
