Listen, being the owner of a shop is easy if you have money, but any job like cutting, styling, cleaning, sweeping, designing, advertising, customer servicing, Greeting, need some knowledge, quality, education, communication etc. That’s why a shop runs without owner’s presence even. I’m a Canadian bank employee, No, the owner doesn’t stay with us.
