Majority of Indians are not dark skinned. Indians comes in every skintone. Not only dark skin. We can’t give a “majority” word for Indians in the case of skintone.
She is absolutely gorgeous. Make up enhanced her beauty.. . Indians are so obsessed with fair skin so they use lighter shades of foundation than their skin tone resulting in a painted look. This is one of those bold step to make dusky skin tone more appealing. Hats off to you

It’s not that we knowingly put on lighter makeup, makeup brands in India don’t create enough deeper warm shades, so whatever we put on leaves a whitish cast.

Ull always take model who skin is superb ….for more realistic help take models who have marks or pimples , uneven skin , less eyebrows , dark circles something which a common girl problem would be these tutorial only help ppl wdh flawless skin which is very rare ☹️

To everyone saying its not a nice colour – im slightly lighter than her and sometimes my makeup artist uses light nudes as well because in high quality photoshoots it’ll turn out gorgeous. It’s a luxurious look.

Nude lip colour is not a single colour. It varies on the skin colour. Light Pink looks as nude on dark folks as Dark Brown looks nude on light folks. A Brownish pink lipstick wouldve made the ideal nude for the model.

I’m so sad to see that there’s a very small number of makeup tutorials for dark skinned India women. They are so so beautiful and it’s a bit irritating to only see lighter skinned Indians for wedding makeup and Bollywood looks. I hope more Dark skinned Indian woman push back against the stigma and show their beauty more and more.
